We are so sorry to hear of the sudden death of Megan. We remember fondly when Megan was about 3 or 4 whizzing around the cul de sac in Firhouse and always with a beaming smile on her face. The O’Kelly Family embraced and loved Megan as one of our own.
We were so excited in the countdown to September when Sean & Megan were to have their wonderful magical wedding day. But the truth is that Megan was already very much a part of our family. Every O’Kelly / Dolan celebration automatically included Sean’s darling Megan and she was not too shy to sing for us all after dinner or to dance into the night.
We are so happy that Megan spent last New Year’s Eve with us, drank MOCK-tails into the night, danced to ‘The Greatest Showman’, and we all toasted the happy year ahead.
Megan’s absolute love of Sean was evident to anyone who met them, and Sean returned that love in spades.
Words cannot express our loss at losing our beautiful Megan, but Sean and all of the O’Kelly family will hold her memory dear, and the McGuckin / O’Kelly clans will remain forever connected by a love between two beautiful young people.
We send our deepest sympathy to Derek, Sarah and the entire McGuckin family and also to our darling heartbroken son Sean.

So sad to hear of the death of beautiful Megan. I taught her in First and Second Class and she was a wonderful girl... a ray of sunshine. Gone far too soon. So so sorry for your loss Sarah and family. RIP gorgeous girl.

Dear Derek, Sarah and Sean. Was so sad to hear of Megan's passing. As you know I had the pleasure of Megan (and Sean's - they were rarely apart :-)! ) company during their internship at Microsoft. Got to know Megan as a very feisty lady who told it like it was !! A wonderful ,fun and devilish personality and an inspiration to me and all the team who worked with her !
