My thoughts and condolences to Jayne and the rest of the family at this very sad time. I spent a few years with Mercy in Clermont (Boarding School) ; it was a very formative time and we were good friends throughout these years 1966-1972. It’s hard to grasp the passing of her aliveness and strong spirit, which live on somewhere else without a doubt.

So sad to hear that Mercy really passed away. I am so many thousands of miles away from her home, i feel hopeless in that i could not help her in any way.
Mercy was a cheerful, lovely lady. I really enjoyed her company when she visited me in hospital in Dublin, 2018, and brought me a lovely gift. She was kindness personified.
My prayers are travelling across this vast country of Canada, continuing across the Atlantic to join with all those started in Ireland.
I am thankful that she is now in no pain.

I am so sorry to hear of Mercy’s passing. Only recently I found replies to my 21st birthday from Mercy . Mercy has suffered so much of late that although passing now is horrific it is not fair to live in pain. My thoughts are with Jane and family. Mercy is now with Twinkle her dear mum and other members of her family. Mercy you are sorely missed but great memories remain with us all David.
