Marie our sincere sympathies to you and all the family. It was nice to meet you and Mervyn this summer after a few years even though his health had failed. We will always remember the very happy times in Trim in the 80s . May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear the sad news of Mervyn's passing. He was a wonderful colleague, hugely popular in all spheres. I pass on my sincere sympathy to Marie and family . Sorry I can't be with you.

Mervyn was a man of giving. His contributions to every community that he was part of was immense and noted by all around him. His biggest giving came to family and friends where he will be greatly missed. I feel lucky to have been part of his adventure in a small way and his kindness. His life is one that should be celebrated in a manner fitting to the man. To Marie, Barb, Jill, Jen and Rob my thoughts are with you all now and always. B x
