Sincere condolences to all the Barry family on the sad passing of Michael. I worked with Michael for a long number of years in Musgraves. He was a father figure to many including myself. Michael played a major role in the Sports and Social Club. Michael loved his sport and you would be guaranteed that the morning after Musgraves, Cork or his beloved Barr’s played, there would be sliotars and footballs flying everywhere. Michael (Mick) was a gentleman and a character and a very whitty man, love his job when he worked in Musgraves. Always got involved in organising Xmas kids party and very involved in the Interhouse soccer team in Musgraves. Very good friend and will be sadly missed.
