A man of vision and great integrity, he was one of life’s true gentlemen. Whilst retired many years, he stayed in touch with all in County Buildings, paying regular visits and attending various events. In just the last two years, I felt truly honoured that he took the time to attend my own retirement function. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
