So sad to hear of Michael’s passing. It is the end of an era for the many community groups lucky to have him as a member. He was a 100% loyal and committed Fianna Fáil man and held steadfast and true opinions and beliefs and never deviated . I was very lucky to have known him since around 1980/81 when he first came to maynooth and joined the cumann. How lucky we were and to have him for so long.. I will always remember Michael with love and affection and always with a smile. He was a truly positive person who always saw good in people. Light of heaven to you Michael
