I have just heard of the very sad news of Mick`s passing.

I had the privilege of working with Mick here in Nigeria.

My deepest sympathies to his wife Maeve and their two boys.

Only heard the sad news of the passing of MIck , another of the great characters of Irish water polo gone before his time ,condolences to Maeve and family from Broc and Caroline

Very sorry to hear of Micks death my deepest sympathies to Maeve and the Boys. Proud to have known Mick a lovely guy who was passionate about his sport and it reflected in what ever role he took.

With Deepest sympathy on the loss of Mick. Thinking very specially of his wife Maeve, sons Michael and John, sister's and extended family. I had the pleasure of meeting Mick a few times in Kusadasi with his sister Irene he always had a smile to share, a real gentleman. He has truly earned his place in heaven. RIP Mick xxx

So sad to hear of the passing of our great friend and supporter of Half Moon Water Polo. We grieve his passing and he will be greatly missed ' especially by all the half moon lads he coached in. The 1987/1989. Team. With his dedication and commitment he coached his team to a clean sweep of every senior water polo competition in Ireland in those seasons.
