So sorry to have missed the funeral. We only heard about it yesterday. Michael and Nancy were great friends of ours. We have great memories of attending the Céilí Gléasta with them over the years.

Condolences to all the family on the sad passing of Michael. I have known Michael for over 50 yrs since he was in Finnucanes. He has repaired so many electrical items for me over the years. He was brilliant at his work and a real gentleman to deal with. He will be re-united with his dear Nancy in their heavenly home. May they rest in peace.

Aileen very sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad. As a neighbour growing up I always remember him as a real gentleman. My thoughts are with you.

Deepest sympathy to Maeve, Michael and Aileen on the death of your beloved dad, Michael. Michael was our first cousin and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
When Nancy died, we feared that Michael would be lost, but, thanks to his beloved children and good friends, he embraced life and we watched him swim every day and enjoy life again.

We hope that he is reunited with Nancy, but also with his sister, Rita, and his beloved mum, Aunty Nellie, and they will help us cope with his loss.

We also remember his beloved brother Joe and Mairin, and we pray that they will get through this dreadful time.

Slan Michael, you had a great life and look at the wonderful legacy you have left.
