To Helen,Gillian, Fiona and families my sincere sympathy on Michael’s passing. Michael was Castlewarden’s great character. His wit, wisdom and knowledge was only surpassed by his humour. Each day before his game of golf he regaled us with his jokes, anecdotes and general commentary. He was a proud Tipp man and Munster rugby fan. He kindly “bequeathed” me his golf trolley, bag and putter (for small stipend) so whenever I play I will always remember him with great fondness but sadness that such a great man has left us. Rest in peace Michael.
