Sincere sympathies to the present and former staff of MCH who loved and cherished Michael always, may his gentle soul rest in peace. I got to know him while visiting the hospital and he loved to have a chat about anything and everything but especially about his visits to Lourdes, I think once he was back from one trip he immediately started looking forward to the next one. He is now enjoying his heavenly Lourdes.

Sincere condolences to all who mourn, Michael, RIP. Got to know Michael, when my late uncle, Maurice O' Riordan, was a patient, in MCH. Both of them,and the late Pad Sweeney, Leamlara, were great friends, there. They all got wonderful care in the hospital. May they all find a place, at the Banquet of the Lord.

Sorry to hear about Mick. He was such a part of the hospital, from shopping/buying the Examiner etc and other bits and pieces for staff and patients alike. Always in good form. And he used to enjoy his few pints downtown as well. You will be missed.
