Our sincere condolences to Catherine, David, John, Michael, Mary Catherine, Helen, Breda, Tríona and extended families on the sad passing of Michael. We heard many great stories of Michael over the years - stories from the marts in Cahir and Dungarvan, the fair in Lismore and an infamous trip to a sheep shearing in Galway!! We have wonderful memories of his visits to Carrignagour over the years where songs and stories about sheep and days gone by were told late into the night. He was a great sheepman and a great friend. We're sure he got a great welcome when he met up again with the sheep farmer comrades who had gone to their eternal reward before him. Ní bheidh a leithéid ann arís. May he rest in peace.
