To all the Kelly family and Colette. Sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved Mick. He was a very special person and a true gentleman. I always enjoyed his wonderful company, especially the warm smile he gave you when you met. He was competitive but he taught me that winning isn't everything. To enjoy the journey is far more important and I learnt to be gracious in victory and defeat from Mick. Lessons I’ve never forgotten. He was a great coach, on and off the pitch. He will be remembered with such fondness by so many people. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Hi Dad
On your last big trip. Enjoy. Go find Peter and Ann, have a laugh. It’s just too soon
Colette, I’m so sorry for your sadness in losing your beloved Mike. You were wonderful partners which was so obvious to anyone who met you together. My condolences to you and all of Mike’s family. Mike, may your rest be peaceful and your memory be eternal.
We will remember fondly out times shared in France with Michael and how he welcomed us into his home and his family. Great man to tell a yarn and so proud of his family. He was a wonderful host and the last time we saw him was such a lovely dinner up a mountain with him looking so well and savouring all the finer things in life. He sucked the marrow from the bone of life and lived to the full. His passing is a loss to us all but he lives on in his wonderful children and grandchildren. Ar dheis De go raibh a hanam dilis
R.I.P Mike. Thinking of my aunty Colette & his children/family at this sad time.

Harley still talks about his first foreign holiday to your house in France in 2019. 🇫🇷
Brendan, Gillian, Sharon & your families- so sorry to hear about your gorgeous Dad.
Michael was so warm, kind & fun, the best company. Often still think of him when I pass Febvre!
Sending you lots of love & thinking of you all, Nicky x
Mike, you found your happy place in Corneilan, doing what you do best, pottering, bacon sandwiches, watching Leinster, making shopping lists and meeting new friends. Your life was complete after meeting Collette.
On one of our holiday trips
I remember us barbecuing in silence whilst listening to your grandkids splashing and screaming in the pool, you turned to me and with that little smile we all know said “this is what it’s all about “ . Always a wise man who thought out everything before speaking .
And only you could pack so much wine in a Citroen with such precision.
Tu vas tous nous manquer, ami X
My thought's and prayer's go out to Michael and his family each day. RIP Michael, you were a lovely man. God bless all. 🙏🙏🙌🙌
We were shocked & very saddened to hear of Mike’s sudden passing last weekend. Mike will be greatly missed by the entire Duff/Dully family. Our thoughts are with Colette & the entire Kelly family during this dreadfully sad period. RIP Mike
Mike, to say I went into shock when I got the call from Colette last Sunday is an understatement. I think I still cannot believe it. It was a sad sad day all round. You are a part of our family Mike and have been for some time now, so we will all miss you something terrible. You were a very gentle soul and sometimes your looked like us Duff's overwhelmed you when we were all together, but just like one of us you took in on the chin and got on with it. I know my sis will be lost without you but we will make sure to look after her. We will remember you always. Sincere sympathy to your Daughters and Son and grand-kids, Colette's kids and grand-kids will miss you also. .Never will I watch a rugby match again without thinking of you ! Or in fact any sport once it had a ball, oval or funny shaped. Sincere condolences to everyone who knew him,a gentle light has gone out and we are all the losers. Patricia xxx
Sharon Gillian and Brendan so sorry at the sad loss of your wonderful Dad. So many fabulous memories of Oakstown.💖
We are heartbroken Mike, there was never going to be a good time, but No one was prepared for this. I will miss your hearty laugh, twinkling eye, absolute passion for Life and gratitude for every day you were alive. Nothing was a problem to you, or fazed you, no matter what was asked, you were in with an immediate “I'm straight onto that” Mike France wont be the same without you, who is going to bring us the most lovely Apple tarts, little pastry's, who will I bring my Rasher's and sausages too, Your giddy Joy when I brought chocolate to you. a real childlike presence with the gentlest of hearts.

You will always have a little bit of our hearts Mike, you were so good to Kev and I. We will look after your Mott for you, aka Colette, you tittered everytime you referred to her as that. I know of anyone, how much you loved her, you told me often and were always grateful for how you both met each other and recognised true soul Mates! You loved her family and how much she made you part of them,
I never got to meet Brendan in your company but heard about him and his Life in New Zealand many many times, you adored your two girls Sharon and Gillian and all your grandchildren, you were one lucky man to have such love, but ultimately Mike we were the lucky ones, was an honour to be able to call you a friend, a true friend, and one I honestly will never forget

Sleep well my friend raise your glass high every time Leinster plays, and we too will cheer! XXX

Sorry to hear about the passing of Mike. A true gentleman. Thinking of Collette and the Kelly family at this very hard time. Rip
We spent many a happy time with Mike both here, in the UK but most often in France. I especially enjoyed our times in France, my fondest memory being a trip to a local wine cellar but equally just sitting around chatting, laughing and joking (lots of Grandad jokes). I will miss him a lot as I would like to think we became good mates. Miss you mate but thank you so much for the times we spent together. So sorry for all of the Family but you were so lucky to have had one of the kindest, nicest people you could meet in your life. Sincere condolences. Laurie
