It's years since I'd spoken to Michael, but I know we'd have been able to have a laugh chating about cars and Rockbrook as if it no time had passed. He'll be missed, a great lad. Fond memories of sneaking off up to the house for smokes during lunch and talking about our early pint drinking experiences and summer holiday romances with foreign girls when school would reconvene in September. Fond memories of childhood and teenage shenanigans with the Selby brothers. I remember Michael foolishly sitting on my Queen album cover in their living room. "No!!" So... it's very, very sad to suddenly lose your precious brother, son, and friend to many. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Michael’s tragic passing.
I have really fond memories of us hanging out as teenagers and getting up to mischief around Rockbrook while our parents got together over dinners and parties (I think I even sprained my ankle jumping over a wall we probably shouldn’t have been climbing over!)! He was always kind, good fun and just a really nice guy.

I only just heard of Michael's passing and couldn't believe it. Think he was one of the first people I chatted to on my first day in 1st Year in Rockbrook. Always friendly and on for a chat or telling us about he was going to be a truck driver when he finished school! Just wanted to send my condolences to his fiancee and family. May he rest in peace.
