Aunty Dolores

It’s so hard to express how incredibly sad we are to hear about Uncle Michael passing. There are no words really, but we want to send you all our love and let you know how much he will be missed.

As much as our hearts are filled with sadness, they are also filled with an enormous amount of love, and pride. He was such a huge character and always surrounded us with his great laughter and sense of humour. Both of you have always given us a place to call home when we visit from Wales and your visits to us here as children were a time of great joy and excitement.

We know that he wouldn’t want us to be upset and instead would want us to surround you Aunty Dolores with our love and he would be happy to know that your family are taking care of you at this very difficult time.

We of course send out heartfelt condolences right now but look forward to a time when we can meet and embrace you with the huge love, we feel for you.

RIP Uncle Michael, you will never be forgotten.

A long time since I sang with Michael in the old Church Choir. Always the loveliest of men, I have fond memories of his smile and always his good humour. My deepest condolences to all of Michaels family. Fare thee well, old friend.

There’s no words to describe how I feel about the news. Uncle Michael holds a special place in my heart, my favourite trait of him was always his laugh!
Such a magical and kind man whenever we were with him, he always took the time and effort to get to know us and the people we are.
My favourite time has always been visiting you and uncle Michael, it always felt like home and like I belonged.
I’m gonna miss him so much but I’ll always be thinking of you
