I was very saddened to hear of Michaels passing, I had the privilege of working with Michael in Irishtown G.S. on his unit in the 80's and 90's and have many fond memories of him. He was a font of knowledge and a great guide to all of us young members. He was a fair and patient Sergeant, a true gentleman, a committed family man and all round decent individual.
