I have so so many fond memories of my youth from Mikey.
And, memories are what I have alot of. Rest now the Fox !

So sad to hear of Mikeys passing, 'fox on the run' anyone that grew up in Mallow in the eighties will know Mikey played a big part in the town, from basketball to music, he will be missed sadly by his family and friends, sincere condolences, rest in peace now Mikey 🙏

Growing up.... he always gave sporting encouragement,regardless of the code. Those Sat nights in Chapel Lane will never be back- and he made them. He lived the motto "Its nice to be nice". The word legend is overused- but Mikey Fox filled that role for Mallow and beyond. What a legacy he leaves. May he Rest In Peace.

I remember the excitement queuing up to get into the club for the teenage discos on saturday nights. You played the best slow and fast sets.
