Eileen and all of Michael’s family I am so happy that I finally got to meet you last year on my trip to Ireland. It was such a pleasure to meet you both and a day. I will never forget Eileen I was never able to get your contact information email phone number. I definitely want to keep in touch and know when you’re going to Boston so we can meet up again Maybe Michael rest in peace. He was a lovely man.

I am so sorry to hear of Michael’s passing. We only got to meet once in September 2024 when my sister and I went to Ireland. I had never met anyone from my grandfather‘s family prior to this and Michael was my grandfather‘s (Patrick Griffin, Brinx, NY) cousin. Please accept the condolences from the family of Kathleen Griffin.

My sincere sympathy to Eileen (Nellie ) and their Family on the death of their loved one Mick. I didn’t know Mick but I’ve known Nellie since we were young teachers on John's Rd. In Wexford. Although I emigrated to Canada in the 60’s ,
Nellie and I have remained friends. I know that Mick was a good man because his wife Nellie is the best friend anyone could wish for.

Eileen and family, I watched the beautiful funeral that you gave to Mick this morning and wished I could have been there. (My passport expired and I'm waiting for my new one to be processed). I remember him as a kind, gentle and honorable person who also had a glint in his eye. I first met him in Clonakilty when I was his 10 year old cousin visiting from the States and he came roaring up the driveway on his motorbike. Never did I think he'd be driving the Pope around some day! May your memories of happy days together help to ease the loss you feel today. My deepest condolences.
