Michael Hynes

Margaret (nee O’Hanlon) and I are saddened to belatedly hear of the passing of Mick Hynes.
May he rest in peace and may his memory be a blessing to all of us he knew him.

Annemarie, Patrick, John and Eimear, and the extended Hynes family, please accept our deepest sympathy at this difficult time. Go dtuga Dia misneach agus tacaíocht daoibh in bhur mbris.

Our sympathies also go out to Mick’s many close friends in Kilworth and beyond. We have all lost a very special person in our lives and yet we know that Mick’s determination and spirit is with us still and with us will always remain.

Margaret and I knew Eleanor RIP and Mick very well (likely because of Margaret’s family ties in Kilworth) and we visited them regularly when back home on vacation from Toronto. We also met and entertained Mick in Toronto many years ago when he was part of an Irish agricultural group who also were studying the Ontario dairy industry.
