Marion and Gerald and family. I'm one of your long lost cousins from Canada. I am sorry to hear the sad news of Uncle Micheals passing. If I am not mistaking he was my Grandfather Joe Ingoldsby's brother? I think we met at the O'Reillys house way back in 1983 while visiting Dublin. Heard the sad news from Mick O'Reilly and my Aunt Marie Mchale directed me to this condolance page. We are thinking about you and hoping our blessing give you lots of strength. God Bless!

Deepest sympathy on the death of Michael. A true gentleman and taught me a lot as a young social welfare officer nearly 50 years ago. He left a lasting impression on me and was saddened to read of his death. RIP Faithful Colleague.

Sending My deepest condolences To you Gerrard, and Marian on the death of your dear Father. I'm so sorry to hear of it. I had been thinking a lot about him in recent weeks. Due to this Virus lock-Down, and having so much time to look back on memorable times, and sifting through photo albums etc., of times long gone by. I will always remember Uncle Michael for all his visits to our old childhood home in Lucan Spa. He would ride all the way out there from North Dublin on his bicycle to see us. Of course I was just about 3 at the time.. He always had some treat for me, such as one of his own Dinky Cars, or a bag of sweets. God Bless, and may Uncle Michael Rest in Eternal Peace with all who have gone before. AMEN.

So sorry to hear now of Michael's passing 10 days ago. A gentle soul and a fine pianist and organist. Great memories of him coming up to Windsor Avenue for hurling games. Thoughts with both Ger and Marion. The end of that generation of Ingoldsbys.
