We would like to be associated with all the nice tributes to Michael. Just two weeks ago we performed one of his plays 'Pretend Sick'. We had three great nights in our Community Hall, and our audiences enjoyed a good laugh. May Michael's family get some consolation from all the enjoyment he gave to others.

It was an honour knowing both yourself and Theresa and you were always so kind and hospitable to us.

In the short time I got to know Michael he was a true gentleman, we had great chats and he was such an amazing man, with wonderful stories, may he rest in peace, my condolences to all his family, friends and wider community, no doubt Michael is looking down at us all smiling

I am so very sorry to hear of Michael Joes passing. He was a gentleman and lived his life in the service of others. I had the pleasure of serving with him on the Safe Home board these past few years. Michael Joe was always such a pleasure to deal with and had a terrific sense of humour. Condolences to his family and friends. RIP.

I spent a couple of days sharing a hospital room with Michael in uchg prior to his passing.
He was such a lovely man to have known for such a short time.

We will miss you Michel Joe, but we hold many, many wonderful memories of working with you over the years in your capacity as a bus driver and guide for the groups that visited Mulranny and in the later years as a story teller for visitors to Mulranny Arts. Your sense of humour and delightful way of sharing local history was so appreciated and brought lots of laughs and joy all around!
