It was with great sadness that I learned yesterday of the passing of Michael. My deepest sympathy to dear Nuala, Deirdre, Fionnuala, Eoin , Ruairí and all of Michael relatives. My inpression of Michael was of a warm and kindly man. May he rest in eternal peace. Suaimhneas síoraí dá anam dilis.

Sending so much love to you all. I’m hugely grateful for magical childhood memories on and around Golden Hill. Rest easy now my lovely, gentle Godfather. Your life was so well lived and so filled with love. Love never ends .

Nuala, Eoin, Ruairi, Deirdre & Fionnuala, we were so sorry to hear of Michael’s passing, he was always a good neighbour, and a very unassuming man. We remember his kindness to our children as they were growing up, always including them in his movie showings on Christmas Eve.
A true gentleman, now at peace.

Nuala, Ruairi, Eoin, Deirdre, Fionnuala and extended family. I am so sad to hear of the passing of our beloved neighbour Michael.
A sweetheart through and through, a man subjected to hearing us knocking on his door and practicing our tin whistle for him at any chance we could get, our cat stealing his cooling ham from his windowsill at Christmas and our old silly dog bursting in next door to wreck his head - on a daily basis. But there was never anything other than a smile on his face and a welcome at the door.
Memories will always be fond of Michael and we know now he is finally at peace. He will be truly missed. RIP x

I was so sorry to hear of Michaels passing. He was such a lovely person. I have great memories of going to Cub Scouts with him as our leader and also the movies shown at Ruairis birthday parties. May he rest in peace.
