Very Sorry to hear of Michael’s passing
I was very fortunate to have been approached by Michael when looking for a capable and hard working Chef for The Hunters Lodge in Newmarket-On-Fergus in 1994
Not alone did he bring the Business and standards to where I could only dream of but achieved this with a great sense of humour and calmness to such an extent that his fellow workers loved working with him while always showing great respect for ourselves and our customers
When he succeeded in getting us to where we wanted to be after a few years he decided he wanted to take his career to on a different direction and we were all sorry to see him go but he carried our best wishes
I know he was very fond of his Family and I’m sure they are all devastated by his loss
