Dear Margaret and Gemma, I was so upset to hear about wonderful dad. Michael was a gentleman to his fingertips and such a great example of human dignity, kindness and intelligence. I always admired him as a child and looked forward to his visits and warm charm. My heart goes out to you at this time. I will be thinking of you all here in Qatar. My sincerest sympathy.
