Dear Kay and Family,
We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Lolo, our favorite singer. Please accept our deepest condolences. We arrived at your house uninvited. He was so gracious and even sang our favorite song, Barry Roe. We met him again in the United States (our home country) where he was performing. Ray plays Barry Roe every evening and I stop whatever I am doing to listen to it. God bless Lolo. May he rest in peace and until we see him again, may God hold him in the Palm of His hand.

my deepest sympathy to Kay, his brothers and the wider family circle on the passing of my good friend Lolo. im only out of hospital and i was devastated to hear of Lolo's passing. what an incredible musician, singer and songwriter. his voice was something to behold.we grew up in the showband era and we would be on the same circuit .Lolo was an absolute gentleman, now renuited with his beloved son Adrian. the Barryroe song meant so much to him and he was so proud of it and rightly so. may his gentle soul rest in eternal peace. so long my friend.
