Dear Rose, Catriona and Andrew
We are saddened and shocked to hear of the death of your Mum Kathleen and brother Michael. We met Michael on many occasions as we visited our aunt and uncle, Kathleen and the late Paddy Dowd in Lackenclare. Michael was generous and kind with his time and a great neighbour. He had time for everyone and always had a smile and a chat. My late Dad, Frank, spoke warmly of summertime at your home by the Lake. Both will be greatly missed. We hope the memories bring you comfort.
We are saddened and shocked to hear of the death of your Mum Kathleen and brother Michael. We were so shocked and heartbroken to hear of the passing of your wonderful mother and brother this week. We cherished always our visits home to Lackenmore, seeing them and having our children get the proper Cavan farm experience from Michael, feeding the sheep and goats and collecting eggs from the chickens. Then afterwards popping into the parlor to see your mother and be kindly always gifted with a chocolate bar or bag of sweets! It was always the highlight of their time spent back in Ireland and memories we hope they will never lose. We can't imagine the grief you are feeling but we send you our strength. Rest in peace Michael and Kathleen.
