Hearing him sing “Walk Tall” was always a treat, getting a lift home from school in his yellow escort was even better. We will never forget him.

What a huge loss to you and your extended family and our community . We will really miss his frequent visits to the Post Office and his stories and sharp wit that was all part of it .The visits to the Glen for us are treasured and of course it was a sacred and special place for Jack ,Micheál and Marykate and indeed a preferred choice for Michéal . Mick arriving to collect Michéal for the trips to the Mart were always welcomed !!
