Deepest Sympathy to Mick's Family , I have great memories of Mick on Temporary duty in Dromad , Co. Louth in early 70s. He was a breath of fresh air , a lovely man . It is almost 50 years ago, but I remember him fondly , he was a Gentleman , as was Tom Nester who came up from Cobh as well.

As a small boy my father brought us to all the Laois football matches and we were always impressed by Micks determination and skill on the field of play.
