I knew Mick as a colleague in St Endas.
He always has a smile on his face. The students were very fond of him. I'm sure he brightened their days in his many humourous ways. They couldn't pronounce his surname and used to call him Mr Mc Dwan. They always had a smile on their faces whenever they mentioned him.

I was saddened to hear of the sudden death of Michael. He always came up for our scratch cups every year. We would have a conversation as gaelge and talk about his time at college in Galway. Condolences to all the family.
