I had the honour of meeting Michael at the opening of the new Killaloe bridge in June. He kindly agreed to let me interview him for Scariff Bay Community Radio on the spur of the moment and it was such a pleasure to talk with him. He was so excited about the new bridge and so happy to be there - we had a lovely few minutes together.
