I have very fond memories of Michael as my neighbour when I was growing up in Ballindrimley. I remember him standing outside the house chatting to neighbours, his arms folded. Good times.
He was a good neighbour. Ballindrimley won't be the same without him.

Michael was a member of our radio club for many years, he served as qsl manager sending and receiving correspondence between club members and other radio amateurs throughout the rest of the world. He was a very learned character and well liked by everyone in the club.
