My sincerest condolences to Mick's family and dearest friends. Mick was an incredible man and will be dearly missed by many in CLF. Mick drew people in and loved everyone and we all loved him. He made everyone in his company feel loved and cherished. Until we meet again, RIP Mick.

Myself and Lindsey were deeply saddened to learn of Mick's sudden passing. We will always remember Mick with affection and gratitude. Mick connected with people on a deep level and was very real - he really knew what was important in life.

Deepest condolences to Michael's family. I only met Michael a handful of times over the last couple of years and i can honestly say he changed the way i look at life,basicly he left a mark.love you Mick and happy trails.

Your father, Adam, had such an amazing sense of humour! He was always so happy to put me at ease with a joke and friendly hug of course.
I have got the warmest hug ever only few days ago! If I knew that would be the last time I would see him that day I would hold him for a much longer!
Mick was the best ever friend and the neighbor I have ever had. Cheerful and very welcoming to the neighborhood.

Even though we only knew Michael briefly he left an indelible mark on us in that short space of time..a warm friendly gentleman who welcomed us into the CFL community, we will truly miss him in our 9:30 session on Fridays. Michael, may your WODs be swift & no reps too few to count.

I will certainly miss his warmth & smile as we greeted each other for the 9:30 gym class. Easy to talk to and welcoming to all.

Our sincerest condolences to Michaels family and friends on his sudden passing. We bonded over our adoration of dogs, in particular, sighthounds like his lovely Lola. I thoroughly enjoyed our chats when Michael and Lola joined us for morning walks with the pack. He will be sorely missed by us and all the dog walkers and doggies in St Catherines Park.

Mick was always so full of life, I’ll miss the chats we had while on our hikes or just enjoying a CFL get together. He was such an important member of our gym family and will be missed terribly.

It was an honour and a pleasure to coach and train along side such a wonderful gentleman. He had me laughing each time we met, he will be truly missed. Til we meet again may your soul fly as high as your love of box jumps.

We would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to Michael's family and friends at this difficult time. Michael was a cherished part of our gym family as well as being a very dear friend to us for the last two years. He had a close relationship with all of the coaches but particularly, T, he was her pet and they had a very close bond. 

He just loved being around everyone and many a time he would say that, along with some fun and banter! He was a character and an interesting man of wisdom which everyone admired. His enthusiasm for fitness and commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle inspired us all. He was an incredible personality and he had a positive impact on everyone around him.

Mick's gym family will be coming together tomorrow to share all the loving and fun stories we have of Michael to help us all get through this difficult time.
In the near future we will be planning a Memorial WOD (Workout) in honour of Michael's memory and to ensure that his legacy lives on through the positive impact he had on our lives.

Wishing everyone that were lucky enough to have Mick in their lives, strength and comfort at this time.
Mick's vibrant spirit lifted so many lives.
We will miss you dearly Michael, the 9:30am Class will never be the same again.
