So sorry to hear of Michael’s passing, such a lovely warm, funny guy. Played the guitar at many a function, always had a great chat & laugh when you lived in Moatfield. A great Neighbour & friend. RIP Michael. When I was a kid in Kilmainham/Inchicore, Michael (his mam was my Auntie Joan) took me under his wing in the local cycling club. I have loved cycling ever since and I owe that life long love to him. Condolences to the whole family. He was a true gentleman

I was so saddened to hear the news today about Mick’s passing. I have great memories of Mick in the early 80’s. Always enjoyed the great fun weekends with all our friends in Doolin, county Clare. You could not find a nicer more generous guy, smart and very funny. RIP. MIck.
