He was such a kind and thoughtful neighbour, and I feel so grateful to have known him, through minding the boys and picking fruit and veg. Those memories will always stay with me. He was always so good to call to Dad, lighthearted with his stories, bringing ease and a smile. I still can’t believe he is gone.
