Such sad news. Sincere condolences to Kathleen, Michael Jnr and family. Mick was always a friendly face and neighbour in Tully East as I was growing up. Hopefully, it gives you some peace and comfort reading all of these lovely shared memories and knowing he brought a smile to so many.

Rembering the things we did as kids during our Summer holidays brings a smile to my face & happiness in my heart. As we grow up even if we don’t see each other those memories always kept us in touch the trail of wonderful memories will be forever cherished! Rest in peace our dear cousin Michael.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was with great sadness we learned of the sad news of Micks passing. We have fond memories of his wit, kindness and he always had kind greetings when we met. In his latter years he worked in the National Stud keeping a watchful eye for everyones safety. His plesant manner and interaction with the public was an added bonus for visiting tourists. The name Mangan is synonyms within the GAA circles and Mick played a big part with pride for Ellistown and Towers clubs.To his heart broken wife Kathleen, son Michael, sister Joan, and all of the Mahon and Mangan famlies, we offer our sincerest condolences to you all. Mick was more than a friend and neighbour,he brought warmth, reliability and kindness to all. May his kind and gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
