Farewell old and dear friend for many years. The world is a sadder place because of your passing..a bright light has just went out of our lives but we are better people for have known you. Thanks for the memories especially the Camogie Days may you Rip Mick🙏 my sincere Sympathy to all the Quigley family of hearing of the death of your beloved father you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Your father was one of the most loving and caring people that I knew. I feel blessed to have known him and you were blessed to have such an incredible man as your father. He loved you so much and he lives on through you. X

A kind and friendly neighbour in Pearse Road. He always visited me in The Curragh when he was up with the FCA. My condolences to all his family. May Michael rest in peace.

It’s a rare occasion when you meet someone as special as Mick Quigley. I’m so happy to have known him, and will never forget his generosity, his wonderful sense of humour, and how he opened his heart to everyone. The world is a lesser place without his smile to light it up.

All our family was sad to hear of Mick’s passing. What a wonderful man and a real gentleman. Mick and Dad’s life’s were intertwined between boxing and the FCA. I can still see them marching through the market square. They were great friends over many years. Mick will be missed!
