My God Mick had to have been a very proud Husband and Father as he looked down on you all yesterday as you paid tribute to a man who has obviously made such a difference to everyone who knew him. A story beautifully told bye you all at his funeral Mass of a great Work Colleague, Friend, Neighbour, and Parishioner. I don't know how you did what you did yesterday but watching his funeral we got a great sense of the man he was and how lucky you were to have had him as your husband and Dad. Carmel having grown up in the hospitality business you were well used to people turning up at parties they weren't invited too but you must be very happy that Mick turned up at your birthday without an invite.
