Mick was a wonderful neighbour and a great servant to the community, especially through his dedication to Stackallen football. Growing up, he was always there with a helping hand and I was never left stuck for a lift. He was a good friend and will be fondly remembered.

Very sorry to hear of Micks passing. To Gillian & Rachel my deepest sympathies to you and all the family. Your Dad was a True Gentleman and was so good to so many people. He saw no bad in anyone and would do anything to help people. So many great and fond memorises of him and in particular with Stackallen FC where he was the heartbeat of the Club!
He is now with Bunty up in Heaven and they will have a few chuckles and laughs of the great days past!
