The entire family circle of the late Mickey McAteer, Lurganare Cross, Jerretspass, Newry, Co Down, Would like to express their sincere gratitude, to all and everyone, who showed them sympathy, helped and supported them prior to, during and after the funeral, on their recent sad bereavement, Thank you to all of the extended families, relations, neighbours and many good friends, So many good people helped us out in so many different ways, for which we are really appreciative
We would like to thank the many people, who have travelled from near and far, to pass on all of their respects, and to have also shared many good stories and yarns + cráic of Mickey over the years, has be so very helpful and supportive to ourselves
Thank you all, for all of your kind wishes, prayers, and also for the many mass cards, and phone calls, and for all of the condolences, both written and passed on, and for all of the cards of sympathy, that we've received, during and since Mickey's funeral
As it would be currently, impossible to actually thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement, as a token of our appreciation to all and everyone
Mickey's months mind mass is on in Saint Patrick's Church Dromintee - Sunday 3rd March 2024 @ 11:00am All and everyone is welcome to attend if it's possible

Fond Memories of a very fond and loving Brother-in-Law, Mickey. Who will do all those Garden Tidy-ups now? His Father-in -Law described Mickey as a willing and helpful hand. Always a willing hand for anything that needed doing. Tom & Rosaleen Moore.
My sincerest condolences to Sylvia, Briege, Roisin, Peadar, Shane, Gavin and all of the McAteer family. Mickey will be sadly missed by many.
He was a great neighbour and made us feel so welcome when we first arrived. Mickey's memory will live on in the hearts of many. R,I,P
