My sincere condolences to josie, mike, ken, christy, ollie, Agnes. And all the switzer and extend familys. To say that mike was a Gentleman is a understatement. Manys the gig he left me in for free when he was doing security. He also done security for Thin Lizzy in the C.Y.M.S. in Tralee. We had some great laughs. He loved phil lynott. And in conversation we would give a bar of whisky in the jar. Fantastic memories of mike and hes beloved masiel. They are both together now and may truly find the eternal peace that they both deserve. 🕯🕯🎸🕶.

So very sad to hear of Mikes passing. Such a great character. I used to meet him on his walks around with Lilly. Always up for the chats whether it was asking how your day was, or telling his life stories and opinions on the world and his time in the army. He always spoke lovingly and with fondness for his dear wife his boys and his family..

Mike we are very saddened to hear of the untimely death of your lovely dad. We have very fond memories of him in Ballincollig at Barbara and Stephen’s house and seeing him on his walks with Lilly. He was a character and always had a good story to tell.
He spoke so many times about his “Queen”. We have no doubt that they are reunited again.
