My heart pours out to Declan, Annette, Katie, Ali, Corinna, Danny, Peadar and all his cousins, uncles, aunts, extended family, team mates in UL and Whitegate, classmates, college friends and friends from home.
We lost a wonderful person on earth but gained a beautiful angel in the sky. I hope we can all find the strength and courage to be strong in the days, weeks, months and years ahead. One day at a time. The amazing memories, stories and pictures we have left will help with this. There won't be a day that I won't think of you Mikey and all the funny memories we had together.
Michael was one of a kind. He had time for everyone and everyone had time for mike. I hope you have found the peace and comfort you wanted and needed for so long. Fly easy into the sky my dear and until we see you again, keep that cheeky smile on your face and know you were loved beyond measure.

My deepest sympathy to you all on the passing of Michael. I had the pleasure of his company whilst working on the vaccination programme last year. He was friendly, kind, thoughtful and respectful, a real gent. I have nothing but good memories of him. He was one of the good ones. RIP Michael
