We extend our sincere condolences to the Moyles Family on the sad passing of Michael. A member of a large friendly family unit all of whom we knew quite well. Michael himself was a well known character in the town ,he had a great sence of humour and was also a very skilled and talented soccer footballer in his younger days. I hsvd fond memories of playing alongside side him in the old quarry field behind St Patricks Terrace. before packed crowds against talented Dublin elevens where his skill shone brightly. Alas another well known Navan character has departed . Rest in eternal peace Michael

So sorry to hear of the passing of Michael, he was a great character & I always had great chats with him. Thinking of his family & Friends at this sad time.

Michael was always a great neighbour to us, as was his sister Dolores & all the family. I'd look out my window in the summer & he'd frequently be there clearing my drive of weeds etc.

Since his sister's passing, his nephew Paul in particular was very good to him. Many of us, his neighbours, tried to keep an eye out for him, as the years clearly were taking their toll.

It is of great peace to me to know that he passed away in the gentle care of the hospital setting, & that he was in great spirits the night before he passed.

May God rest his soul.
