Maura, Michelle, Gary, Derek and extended family. I only heard the sad news of’ Michael’s this evening and I am sorry I was not there to be at his funeral. I have many childhood memories of our two families spending time together and my parents chatting late into the night with Michael and Maura when they were in Foxfield. My thoughts are with you all and may Michael rest in peace.

Maura, Michelle, Gary and Derek, and all the extended family, I have only just heard the very sad news of Michael’s passing. I am very sorry I was not at the funeral today. I have so many fond memories of Michael from my younger years visiting Ennafort or when Maura and Micheal came down to visit Eileen and Ro. A true gentleman, I hope Michael can now rest in peace.

To Auntie Maura, Uncle Joe and all of the Murphys of Raheny and Glasnevin, from the Hickeys of Skerries, we send our love and our condolences. Uncle Michael was always such a great reminder to us of who we came from. He had such wonderful humour and humanity and was loved by us all. His wonderful sister Squibbles never left our lives, despite her passing, and I hope and pray it will be the same for you all. How privileged we were to have them in our lives.
