So sad to hear the news. One of life's great characters.

I am very sorry to hear of Uncle Michael passing. He was a lovely man. As well as Christmas celebrations, family weddings and parties, discussions on Dublin football (both codes) I have a vivid memory of him standing shoulder to shoulder with my Dad during the Post Office strike of 1979 fighting for fair pay and better working conditions. Love and prayers to Yvonne, Deborah, Elaine, Carl, David and all the family from the Hong Kong Agnews.
