Anne Marie, Sr Ann and family, we are so saddened that Michael is no longer here among us. We cherish our memories of a gentleman who always had a smile about him and whom it was always a pleasure to meet. It was a privilege to sing with him in Grange Choir and we remember the laughter and songs at our social evenings when Michael would encourage us all to do our party piece and we sang together into the small hours! Condolences to Anne Marie and family and friends. RIP.
Hillview Sports Club wish to express condolences to the family of Michael O’Byrne, RIP, Grange. Michael held many positions in Hillview including Tennis and Grounds Captain. He also served as President of the Club in 1992 and 1993. Michael and his late wife Peggy were very active players.
Their daughter Anne Marie was also a club member at that time. In this difficult time our thoughts are with Anne Marie and Michael’s sister Margaret (Sr. Ann).
