Rest easy comrade. I'll miss our chats over pints = ranging across the wide historical and poltical landscape, but always with local colour, bite and humour. Despite our (minor in the scheme of things) political differences, Michael always made it a pleasure.

So sorry to hear of Michael's passing. He was a regular visitor to Arthur Maynes when Obheal poets got together there each month. As a fellow-activist, he will be missed on the various political campaigns. Condolences to family and friends.

I am deeply sorry to hear of the passing of Michael. He was a very friendly, welcoming and funny man. I have great memories of him in branch meetings and coming into the union office to correct papers over the summer.
