Mr O'Higgins was a true gentleman, I remembered his kindness when in Hospital in the late 70's, I meet his wife Terry, the Mater Hospital and we would chat, then she introduced me to her husband who was a teacher in Synge St which I was attending, they were a lovely couple and he a very kind person. May they enjoy the joys of their heavenly home. RIP
Mr O'Higgins taught me Spanish. Little did I know back then of the great opportunities that would come my way as a result, many years later. A gentleman head to toe. I'm sorry I never got to tell him in Spanish how his groundwork stood me in good stead. RIP
