Over the years himself and myself swapped many momentos of our various trips to Lourdes,Medjugorje,The Holy Land and The Camino. He included all of us in his prayers when he went on pilgrimage and I have no doubt that he is looking down on us now and is still praying for us. Micheal was closer in age to some of my older siblings but I remember him especially from the time I used to travel to Dublin by train and he was working in Sandymount. Micheal was always friendly and interested in a chat - be it about politics or college or the stories of the day. He was a man of great faith and faced life's challenges with humour and courage. We have missed him so much over the last two years in the office, he was a wonderful work colleague but more importantly I will miss his jokes, funny videos and caring texts. I was so lucky to have spent 6 joyful years working alongside him in Accounts Payable. He was great fun, very professional and always very generous with his knowledge.

My sincerest condolences to you Margaret,Martin,Caroline and Paul on the sudden passing of Mícheal. I was shocked and saddened to hear this news. Memories of our childhood in St.Anthonys Villas came flooding back. We didn't need a youth club back then, Regans shed was our go to place ,where we spent many happy hours having a chat but mainly laughing . I will miss our catch ups on Facebook. Rest in Peace my friend Mícheal ,you were one of the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael and have lots of fun memories of our nights out in Swords where one more drink for the ditch always led to two or three more. Michael had a fantastic sense of humour. He prayed for all of us on his trips to Lourdes and he used to giggle and say some of us needed more prayers than others. A true gentleman who will be missed by all his colleagues and friends. Sleep well Michael 🙏🏻
