I have lots of great memories when I worked with Mike in the Caslerosse. A fantastic person to work with, he had the knowledge, ability, patience & kindness to work with us & to guide us along. Not forgetting our staff night out, Mike was the life & soul of the party, he was great fun....

Mike, you were a pleasure to have known, and will always be in our thoughts. Rest in peace 🙏

I worked with Mick in the Tower Hotel, Waterford. Subsequently Mick moved to the Castlerosse Hotel, Killarney and our friendship continued. He was a great friend and a true gentleman. Condolances to his family, friends and the lovely staff at Castlerosse. He will be sorely missed.

Like so many others I knew Michael from many years of calling to the Castlerosse as a supplier. He was always in good form, ready for the task in hand, he was a pleasure to work with.
