I am very sorry to hear of your Dads passing and apologise that I was unable to make any of the ceremonies. He was a good friend of my mother Mairin and they often exchanged chats in Bishopstown. He also gave me and my siblings our first part time job.

Condolences to all the Power family on Michael's passing. He ran a tight but fair ship in Roches Stores Wilton where I spent much of my Summer holidays and weekends in late secondary school and early college years in the 90s. He was all about his business and the drive for an excellent customer experience was admirably foremost but there was often some dry, wry humour if you knew to look for it. As a neighbour in Melbourn, he was always a very friendly and helpful man. RIP Mr. Power
