Today, 26th September 2024 was a beautiful funeral mass celebrating the wonderful life and times of Mr Michael Slattery through the fond and loving memories of his family. All who knew Michael enjoyed his song, character, wisdom, perspective and great wit.

Chris and Judy, we are thinking of you and share our most heartfelt condolences. May the love, compassion, care, kindness and time you shared with Michael bring you peace and comfort at this time.

We extend our sincere sympathy to Michael’s beloved wife Angela, son Chad, daughters Noelle and Michelle, their partners Andrea and Mick, his cherished grandchildren Sean, Lily, Adam, Hannah, Emily, Eve and Phoebe and all his relations and many friends.

May Michael rest in eternal peace until you are all reunited together again.

To all the Slattery Families, and extended families. I was very sad to hear that Michael had died R.I.P. I often met him on his walk around the parish, and was a tonic to have a chat with, also at the Bridge Club in Templeogue where I met him regularly. Sadly he was dealt a bad hand

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Mick. He was always so kind and full of life, and I’ll never forget his warmth and how he always had something to say to make us smile. Please know that you’re in my thoughts during this difficult time. With deepest sympathy. Linda, Joe and family.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Mike. I first met Mike in 1979 through work and worked with him in Alfa Laval and Tetra Pak for 28 years. He was a true Gentleman, always very helpful with a great sense of humour and above all else he had a very positive outlook on life. Our sincere condolences to Angela and Family at this sad time - he will be sorely missed.

I am sorry to read of Mick death. I haven't seen him for over 40yrs but I still remember him as a pleasant person, he would have been friendly with my older brothers Joe and John, both deceased.Mick lived at 6 Hyde Rd.,and we around the corner in Lenihan Ave.
